As a Business development manager you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also great interpersonal skills. This is a great opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and gain unique insights into the inner workings of an early stage startup.

Learns and adapts quickly: you’re comfortable seeking out knowledge, learning how to do things you’ve never done before, and exploring new technologies and tools.
Takes ownership and acts swiftly: you fully own the delivery and implementation of your assigned tasks and balance the trade-offs between speed and quality.
Ideally lives in Germany
Nice to have: previous experience working in a fast paced environment dealing with complex sales cycles. Experience using previous CRM systems.

We are a hybrid company offering flexible working arrangements. You can work from our co-working space at the AI Campus in Berlin, remotely from your home, or both as it suits you.
